Week 6

In general, my community and culture is giving me a different perspective than what i was originally figuring on finding. instead of finding information on how many people didn't like to teach, or how they were trying to discourage new teachers from joining the ranks, i have found that the people involved in this community are more than happy to help out in any way shape or form with any problem that has arisen. by extending their knowledge of past years to those of us who have are just now getting our feet wet, they are allowing us to learn from their mistakes, and to not make those same mistakes again. we are all in the same community so it makes sense for us to all work for the greater good and to really look at what were doing not so much as a job, but as our lives in general. and we should live these lives to the fullest in every possible aspect.

that is a really interesting point that you bring up about community. A school of any grades has a smaller communtiy within that community. The teachers are there for each other when thigs gets tough. Teachers somewhere inside them have a love for teaching. Whether it be about thier favorite subject or just talking to help you gain knowledge. I think that your community will be very interesting to study.

Really liked your post. I'm curious though why were you expecting such negative responses? Why would you think they wouldn't like teaching, or would discourage new teachers?
